This course is the result of a collaborative effort between the Johns Hopkins Center for Global Emergency Care (CGEC) and Jhpiego, as part of the USAID Global Goods project. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all the members of CGEC who developed and delivered the course content. The course was funded in its entirety by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the Reaching Impact, Saturation, and Epidemic Control (RISE) project. RISE is a multi-year cooperative agreement (COAG # 7200AA19CA00003) led by Jhpiego and implemented by a consortium, which includes ICAP at Columbia University, Management Sciences for Health, Anova Health Institute, BAO Systems, the Johns Hopkins University Center for Public Health and Human Rights, and Mann Global Health. RISE has partnered with ministries of health, nongovernmental organizations, and other local stakeholders in more than 20 countries globally to advance HIV and COVID-19 response efforts. RISE supports emergency health response, strengthening global health security in affected countries, health systems support, and the COVID-19 response.
